ANCO-EAGLIN was Acquired by Hillside Acquisitions Group and Renamed ANCO Rendering Equipment

High Point, NC – On May 1, 2017, ANCO-EAGLIN, Inc. was acquired by Hillside Acquisitions Group, LLC. Following the close of the transaction, all ownership rights have been given to Hillside and the company location will remain at the 1420 Lorraine Ave, High Point, NC location.

The previous owner of the company, Rick Eaglin sold his interest in and will no longer be associated with the company. Taking over management, as President of the company, is Tom Stanforth. Tom graduated with his MBA from Long Island University and has over 30 years’ experience in engineering, project/operations management and production.

In combination of new management, as well as the experience of both companies, the newly named company, ANCO Rendering Equipment is expected to exceed and grow beyond expectations.

ANCO’s customers will be even better served by the combined organization’s increased scale, strong talent, industry experience and a shared commitment to helping their customer’s rendering and processing equipment needs.
